3rd Circuit Upholds Dismissal Of Qwest Case

Law360, New York (June 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has refused to revive a lawsuit filed against Qwest Communications International Inc. and several of its executives, ruling that the plaintiffs – the trustees in the bankruptcy of a Dutch Qwest subsidiary – brought the suit in an inappropriate forum.
