BMW Renews Bid For Info On EEOC Background Check Policy

Law360, New York (October 24, 2014, 6:35 PM EDT) -- BMW Manufacturing Co. LLC on Thursday criticized a South Carolina federal judge's determination that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's use of background checks in hiring is not relevant to the agency's allegations that BMW's criminal record check policy disproportionately screens out black job applicants.
