Justice Orders Boost In N.Y. Judges' Pay

Law360, New York (June 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York judge has found that state legislators violated the state constitution by linking judicial and legislative pay raises, and he has ordered the N.Y. government to compensate his colleagues on the bench for a decade's worth of missed raises.
