Judge To OK Coudert Amended Disclosure Statement

Law360, New York (June 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The bankruptcy judge overseeing the Chapter 11 proceedings of bankrupt law firm Coudert Brothers LLP has said he will approve an amended version of the firm’s disclosure statement, after certain changes are made.

At a hearing on Friday, Judge Robert D. Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York said he would approve the disclosure statement without any additional hearings after Coudert Brothers resubmits an amended version with certain modifications, debtors’ counsel Tracy Klestadt said.
