With Election Win, GOP To Push Legislation To Rein In NLRB

Law360, New York (November 5, 2014, 12:52 AM EST) -- With the Republican Party picking up a majority of the U.S. Senate in Tuesday's midterm elections, attorneys say it's likely the GOP will push legislation aimed at neutralizing the National Labor Relations Board and curtailing the Obama administration's employment agenda.
