White & Case Fights For Equity Committee

Law360 (March 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- When Appaloosa Management took on the daunting task of establishing an equity committee in the Delphi insolvency proceedings, the hedge fund turned to bankruptcy firm White & Case LLP to get the job done.
