Fed. Circuit Boots Fee Award Back To Lower Court

Law360, New York (June 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated an award of attorneys' fees and expenses in a patent case concerning a method of cleaning a wound, ruling Monday that the a lower court did not sufficiently explain why the suit was deemed an “exceptional case.”
