Contractor Loses $25M Suit Over Failed Idaho Factory

Law360, New York (November 12, 2014, 3:41 PM EST) -- An Idaho federal judge on Monday dismissed fraud and related claims by a contractor seeking to recover $25 million in losses stemming from an unfinished manufacturing plant for a Chinese renewable energy company after funding dried up, ruling there was no evidence of intentional fraud.
