Take-Two Makes Deal With FTC For Documents

Law360, New York (June 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. has reached an agreement with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to give the regulator access to information related to Electronic Arts Inc.'s $2 billion bid to buy the video game company.

Take-Two said that it reached the deal on Wednesday, so it no longer has to appear in federal court on June 24. That hearing was scheduled after the FTC filed an emergency petition on June 5 asking the court for an order enforcing its subpoena and civil investigative demand.
