Justice Dept.'s Paxil Investigation Gets Wider

Law360 (June 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has reportedly recruited the U.S. attorney's office in Boston to help in the investigation of GlaxoSmithKline antidepressant Paxil.

In addition to a previously announced Justice Department investigation based in Colorado, the department has recruited the Boston U.S. attorney's office to probe the marketing of Paxil, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday.
