Firm Fights For Fee Payout In Medtronic MDL

Law360, New York (June 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A plaintiffs firm in the multidistrict litigation over Medtronic Inc.'s allegedly faulty defibrillators has objected to another firm's bid to withhold payment of attorneys' fees until after a hearing later this summer, calling the request for a delay unnecessary and improper.
