7th Circ. Lets Marathon Petroleum Off Antitrust Hook

Law360, New York (June 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has rejected a plaintiff's appeal in a would-be class action accusing Marathon Petroleum Co. LLC and a subsidiary of illegally tying the processing of credit cards to the Marathon franchise and of conspiring with banks to fix the price of the processing service.
