US-EU Safe Harbor Changes Coming Soon, Official Says

Law360, Washington (December 3, 2014, 8:54 PM EST) -- A U.S. Department of Commerce official pledged Wednesday to “move expeditiously” to wrap up negotiations over more than a dozen changes the European Union wants made to the safe-harbor agreement that governs the transfer of data between the regions, saying only a couple of points remain to be hammered out.
