Connetics, Agis Settle Suit Over Scalp Treatment

Law360, New York (June 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Connetics Corp. and Agis Industries Ltd. have struck a deal that resolves Connetics' patent infringement suit, filed in October 2005 to protect its scalp psoriasis treatment Olux.

Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey signed off Monday on an order dismissing the case. The order reserves the right to reopen the case if the settlement isn't consummated in 60 days.
