Duane Morris Expands NYC IP Team

Law360 (April 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The New York office of Duane Morris LLP has followed through on plans to beef up its intellectual property group after nabbing two attorneys from rival Jones Day LLP.

The attorneys, James Markey and Ian Scott, will join the full-service law firm's 600 lawyers as partners.

The firm made it clear it wants to expand its IP practice group in the near future, although the group is already quite large, with about 75 attorneys. Markey and Scott could not provide further details on the time frame...
