Plaintiffs Demand Le Carbone Data In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (June 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs including Delphi Corp. are seeking to compel Le Carbone Lorraine SA and its two U.S. units to turn over documents related to findings by U.S. and European authorities as they build their case alleging antitrust violations in the electrical carbon market.
