Appeals Panel Bars EEOC From Airing Private Info

Law360 (June 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appellate court has reversed and remanded the Venetian Casino Resort LLC's lawsuit against the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, ordering the lower court to bar the agency from disclosing confidential evidence in relation to claims of age discrimination.
