Judge OKs Wornick Plan Over Group's Objections

Law360 (June 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing The Wornick Co.'s Chapter 11 case confirmed the military meal supplier's reorganization plan Friday, acknowledging its success with the significant majority of voting creditors and overruling a minority of noteholders who claim it is unfair.

Judge J. Vincent Aug Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio ordered the plan approved after a confirmation hearing Wednesday.
