Rambus, Samsung Spar Over IP Attorney's Conduct

Law360, New York (June 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attorneys for Rambus Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. traded barbs in court Monday over the timeliness of Samsung's counterclaims that Rambus' former in-house counsel misappropriated confidential information regarding memory chip patents owned by Samsung, his previous employer.
