Condo Filed Hurricane Damage Claim Too Late, 11th Circ. Says

Law360, Miami (January 8, 2015, 8:52 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday affirmed a summary judgment decision in favor of Lexington Insurance Co., ruling that a Florida condominium association had waited too long to file its $6.2 million claim with the insurer for property damage caused by Hurricane Wilma.
