4th Circuit Favors AT&T In Bundling Class Action

Law360, New York (July 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A class action accusing AT&T Mobility LLC of breaching West Virginia consumer protection laws by engaging in bundling will be heard in federal court rather than state court after an appeals court granted the company's bid to reverse a federal district judge's order remanding the case.
