Skadden Arps Faces Sex Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (July 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP is reportedly facing an $8 million sex and age discrimination lawsuit brought by a former attorney at the firm who chastised the “macho” culture of its litigation department.

The lawsuit was filed in August 2006 in Manhattan Supreme Court, but it was not reported on until Tuesday, when the New York Law Journal broke the story.
