Judge Keeps Ohio AG's Insurance Antitrust Suit Alive

Law360, New York (July 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Ohio state judge has refused to dismiss an antitrust suit brought by the state’s attorney general against a group of insurance companies, ruling that the allegations of a conspiracy to restrain competition within the Ohio commercial insurance market were sufficiently pled.
