Staffing Co. Ordered To Pay $227K Over I-9 Violations

By Aaron Vehling (February 2, 2015, 4:20 PM EST) -- The Executive Office for Immigration Review has hit temporary staffing firm Employer Solutions Staffing Group II LLC with a more than $200,000 fine for 243 violations of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including false attestations on employee I-9 forms.
