N.J. Court Revives Post-Firing Retaliation Case

Law360, New York (July 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Citing the landmark Supreme Court decision Burlington Northern v. White, a New Jersey appeals court ruled Monday that a former employee of a Hispanic food products distributer could sue for alleged discriminatory conduct that took place after he was fired.
