Greyhound To Name Tire Inspectors In Crash Suit

Law360, New York (July 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Greyhound Lines Inc. will have to disclose the identities of a group set to inspect tires at a Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. plant in connection with a lawsuit stemming from the crash of a Greyhound bus in August 2006, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.

Judge Peter K. Leisure of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ordered Greyhound to turn over the inspectors' names to Goodyear before the team arrives to check tires at one of Goodyear's factories.
