GCs Name Favorite Securities, Capital Markets Lawyers

By Stephanie Russell-Kraft (February 10, 2015, 7:05 PM EST) -- In-house counsel from 317 large companies have named 37 securities and capital markets lawyers as the most client-service savvy, a distinction they achieved by combining excellent customer service with a willingness to tackle the most complicated financial products.

The 2015 BTI Client Services All-Stars report from BTI Consulting Group Inc. features 354 lawyers who excel at serving their clients, with 37 of them specializing in securities and capital markets work. The all-star attorneys were nominated by general counsel at companies in "legally intensive" industries who were interviewed over the phone by BTI, according to BTI president Michael Rynowecer.
