Law360, New York (February 11, 2015, 4:33 PM EST) -- A man who says a sandwich purchased at a Burger King Corp. franchise contained needles or wires that pierced his tongue and got lodged in his stomach has settled with the restaurant chain and its meat supplier, according to a court filing Monday, leaving claims against the U.S. military-owned franchise where he bought the sandwich.
