Lipsig Shapey Sexual Harassment Case Dismissed

Law360, New York (July 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former legal assistant at the personal injury law firm Lipsig, Shapey, Manus & Moverman PC who sued the firm and four of its employees for sexual harassment has agreed to dismiss her lawsuit.

On Thursday, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on plaintiff Carmen Aguilera-Moglia and defendants' stipulation to dismiss the case, which Aguilera-Moglia filed in June 2007.
