Plavix Deal Triggers More Antitrust Charges

Law360 (April 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Marking the latest swipe in the epic battle over blockbuster blood thinner Plavix, Apotex Corp., Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi-Aventis have been hit with antitrust charges by a New York drug cooperative, just weeks after similar charges were filed by a supermarket operator in the same court.
