Dynegy Loses Bid To Toss Natural Gas MDL Claims

Law360, New York (July 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected Dynegy Inc.'s bid to dismiss a utility serving company's claims in the wholesale natural gas antitrust litigation, finding that because the energy provider previously alleged that the plaintiff had failed to state a claim, it cannot assert that argument again.
