N.J. Court Dismisses Hormone Therapy Lawsuit

Law360, New York (July 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New Jersey court has dismissed a product liability lawsuit filed against Wyeth and Pfizer over their hormone replacement therapies, ruling that the warning labels used by the firms were adequate as a matter of law.

Judge Jamie D. Happas of the New Jersey Superior Court granted Wyeth's motion for summary judgment on Friday in a hormone therapy case that had been slated for trial later this year.
