Law360, New York (July 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Google Inc. and Yahoo Inc. sparred with Microsoft Corp. on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, with one side arguing that the proposed Google-Yahoo online search advertising partnership will spur innovation, and the other countering that it will virtually eliminate one major competitor in this three-player market.
