Chiasson Calls Bharara 'Petulant Rooster' In Appeal Brief

Law360, New York (February 19, 2015, 5:13 PM EST) -- Former hedge fund manager Anthony Chiasson on Thursday blasted claims made in Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara’s petition to have a landmark insider trading decision reconsidered as akin to “a petulant rooster whose dominion has been disturbed” and urged the Second Circuit to deny his request instead.
