GAO Report Outlines PBGC Staffing Problems

Law360, New York (July 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Though the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.'s financial liabilities and workloads have climbed steadily over the past few years, the organization has struggled to hire and retain key specialists, a study by the Government Accountability Office has found.
