Bankruptcy Practice: Akin Gump

Law360 (July 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Corporate bankruptcies remain at relatively low levels, but problems in the credit markets will catch up to companies, bringing about a sharp rise in reorganizations — both in and out of court — at the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009, says Daniel H. Golden of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP's financial restructuring practice.
