As Rambus Scores Patent Win, Antitrust Row Looms

Law360, New York (April 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Marking the end of the trial’s second phase, a California jury has awarded technology licensing company Rambus Inc. a whopping $307 million patent infringement victory against Hynix Semiconductor Inc., while the duo continues to gear up for a final clash over alleged anti-competitive behavior in the memory chip technology field.
