Judge Sends Sterling Sex Bias Case To Arbitration

Law360, New York (July 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has sent to arbitration a proposed sex discrimination class action against Sterling Jewelers Inc., the U.S.' largest jewelry store chain, and has denied the company's request for certification of an interlocutory appeal.
