Honeywell Subpoenaed In Car Oil Filter Probe

Law360 (July 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. has received subpoenas from the U.S. Department of Justice stemming from the agency's investigation of anti-competitive practices in the production of automotive oil filters, the company said in its quarterly filing.

Honeywell made the statement in its 10-Q earnings report for the second quarter of 2008, which was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.
