Dow Strikes Back Against Enviros' Bid To Stop Herbicide

Law360, New York (March 13, 2015, 6:25 PM EDT) -- A Dow Chemicals Co. unit on Friday told the Ninth Circuit that environmentalists and health groups may not halt the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s approval of its controversial herbicide for use with genetically modified corn and soybean plants.
