N.J. Court Revives Nixon Peabody Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (July 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate court has revived a legal malpractice suit against Nixon Peabody LLP and Wolff & Samson PC stemming from a family dispute over interests in an intimate apparel company.

The appellate division of the Superior Court of New Jersey on Monday reversed a lower court order tossing the suit, ruling that a settlement in related matters did not preclude the plaintiffs' claims against the law firms.
