FTC, Virginia Hospitals' Attorney Debate Broken Deal

Law360, New York (July 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Almost two months after the merger between Virginia hospitals Inova Health System and Prince William Health System fell apart, U.S. Federal Trade Commission Assistant Director Matt Reilly on Tuesday defended the commission’s contentious decision to appoint FTC Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch as administrative law judge overseeing the case.
