Plaintiffs Seek Approval Of Integrated Silicon Deal

Law360, New York (July 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in the consolidated class action against Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. have filed an extended memo urging the court to approve the settlement reached in the case, arguing that the settlement has already produced substantial benefits for the company and its shareholders.

In the motion, filed on July 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the plaintiffs called the settlement, reached earlier this month, “an excellent resolution of a case of substantial complexity.”
