Ohio Judge In DUI Crash Reprimanded By State Supreme Court

Law360, Washington (April 1, 2015, 5:51 PM EDT) -- The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday publicly reprimanded a Scioto County Court of Common Pleas judge who crashed his car while driving drunk in 2013.

William T. Marshall, an elected judge, was accused by the state disciplinary counsel of violating judicial conduct rules requiring judges to comply with the law and act in a manner that promotes public confidence.
