Pa. Court Revives Harrington Schweers Malpractice Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (April 2, 2015, 5:42 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court revived a legal malpractice suit against Harrington Schweers Dattilo & McClelland PC stemming from a failed medical malpractice claim Wednesday, concluding that evidence presented by the plaintiff suggested that an attorney at the firm did not contact enough experts to underpin the claim.
