Insurers Can't Replace Attys In Window Defect Row

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 8:53 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Wednesday said that a window and door manufacturer can keep Foley & Lardner LLP as its counsel in a proposed class action over allegedly defective windows, saying that its insurers waited too long to object.
