Baxter, J&J Strike Deal To End Floseal Patent Fight

Law360, San Diego (April 1, 2015, 10:29 PM EDT) -- Baxter International Inc. said in Illinois federal court on Wednesday it was dropping its patent infringement case against Johnson & Johnson Inc. and others over technology used in Baxter’s Floseal, used to control bleeding during surgery, following a settlement in a related U.S. International Trade Commission investigation.
