Toyota $11M Fatal Crash Verdict Should Stand, Plaintiffs Say

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 2:06 PM EDT) -- A jury made the right decision in awarding $11 million to a driver, his family and the relatives of passengers killed in a car crash after concluding a stuck throttle in the vehicle manufactured by Toyota Motor Co. caused the incident, according to the plaintiffs, who urged a Minnesota federal judge Wednesday not to grant the automaker a new trial.
