Pelvic Mesh Mass Tort Cases Can Stay In Philly, Judge Says

Law360, Philadelphia (April 2, 2015, 1:54 PM EDT) -- Nearly a hundred pelvic mesh injury cases against Boston Scientific Corp. and Johnson & Johnson unit will be allowed to proceed in Pennsylvania court after a judge on Monday rejected arguments that the plaintiffs lacked sufficient ties to the state.
