Brother Of Jailed Body Armor Exec Wins Round In Ch. 11

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Investors led by the brother of David Brooks — the jailed former CEO of bankrupt body armor maker DHB Industries Inc. — won a round in Delaware bankruptcy court Wednesday when a judge said an automatic Chapter 11 litigation stay doesn't preclude them from suing to compel a shareholder meeting.
